Every time I use it, it always eventually crashes. Very poor app.

WORTHLESS! It took several tries to download (over two days). Once it downloaded, it made my iphone stall, and would nto open properly for use. After several attempts trying to get it to work, I deleted the app and my iphone no longer acted as if it has a virus. Waste of money. There are several icd-9 apps out there for free that work great. And if you are in the saem boat as I am, good luck at getting a refund. Itunes takes you to the developer website, and from there it is a dead end.

I bought this app because i needed to access the ICD 9 code while I was on the move. The App Works and is reasonably good. I do see some room for improvement. Before the update I had the code 260 Kwashiokor in my bookmarks. Please confirm if the bookmarks have disappeared after the update as I dont see it. Hopefully I will see all my bookmarks back.

I have been using this for a few months for my opthalmology residency and have since not used the icd9 book. what I need is to be able to group all opthalmology codes I use in a single group, internal medicine in a different group and so on. that will make a big diff to the app

Dont buy this app!!! I want to give it 0 star if I can. The search function doesnt work and the specific list of codes I need for billing arent even there. I cant believe they charge for this worthless app. I went back to using the free web site and am searching for another iPhone app.

Im tired of this app working then not working again. While not working Ive come to find that Wikipedia has all the same information for FREE, just search under "List of icd 9 codes". I now have a little more free memory on my iphone.

I just bought this app and the data looks good. The 2011 data comes out in October - what happens when that update comes out. Does that data get upgraded directly. Is there anything I would need to do on my end. Also is there any way I can make notes within the apps. If not, I would recommend that as a desirable feature for the future.

very helpful for doctors. Category and keyword search works well. Please add CPT codes also to the app if possible so surgical codes are also added. That will also be very useful

Terrible app. Graphics are great bit the search function did not work and the program would not give the codes to any degree past the decimal point. I ended up deleting it.

Having icd9 on my itouch is great for searching codes and it works well. But there should be a settings tab in which a physician can select his speciality(ophthalmology , derm, etc or all). In case a particular speciality is selected then all codes appearing after that should be characterized and limited for billing of that particular speciality.

Starts out looking like it will work...then crashes consistently.

I was very disappointed with this app. No search......are you kidding me! Very brief descriptions. No cross coding. You get very little. Practically useless to me. Sorry but I wish I hadnt bothered. App needs lots of work to be useful.

Very convenient for codes and billing.

App data is not a 2011 updated version, it contains the same 2010 data. These are some of the 2011 codes i didnt find in this app: -V91 Multiple gestation - 752.3x Other congenital anomalies of uteru - 488.x Influenza codes, and the list keeps going!! Please stop selling this app as a 2011 update. As a medicare professional, I feel like Ive been robbed and I will ask for a refund! My advice, do not buy this, please look for something else

App is really good. When you pick codes it should automatically save in shortlist as physicians of a particular speciality use them again and again.

I bought this APP to help with coding the encounter forms and referrals at work. The search feature doesnt work at all and half of the time you cant find a specific code even if you know what you are looking for. They have some serious bugs to fix!!!!!! Using the old fashioned book is not only easier, but its way faster too!!!
